Mr Takalani Matodzi is the founder and the Managing Director of Yoanda Consulting Holdings. He is responsible for delivering the services to the clients and leading the organisation into realising its vision.

He is a member of South African Institution of Business Accountant, having the Business Accountant in Practice designation and Tax Practitioner. Academically, he is studying towards Masters’ Degree in Business Administration through Tshwane University of Technology. Takalani has successfully completed Management and Leadership Qualification which he obtained through the Mill Park Business School Africa.

He also obtained Bachelor of Technology in cost and management Accounting, National Diploma in Accounting Science, National Higher Certificate in Accounting Science and Certificate in Accounting Skills all through Tshwane University of Technology.

Takalani has over 10 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Management reporting and Business support in various areas such as risk management, governance, strategic planning and performance management, Business mentorship and coaching, continuous auditing, Turnaround strategies, Financial Reporting combined assurance, internal audit, financial management, project management, budget management, etc. Some of his experience was acquired while he was working and consulting as an Accountant Specialist: at Quintiles Pharmaceutical Company, Accountant at Ricoh South Africa, Financial Analyst at Afrox South Africa and various positions such as Reconciliation Team Leader, Finance Officer, HR and Payroll Administrator at African Bank Investment Limited (ABIL) and also held position at First National Bank as Bank Consultant.
